Filter type pre filter

Working principle: This is a common type of pre filter. It mainly relies on filters to intercept impurities in water, such as sediment, rust, suspended solids, etc. When water flows through the filter, impurities larger than the pore size of the filter are trapped on the surface of the filter, while clean water continues to flow through the filter towards household water equipment.

Filter material and accuracy: The material of the filter usually includes stainless steel and nylon. Stainless steel filters are more sturdy and durable, while nylon filters are relatively lightweight.

Features: Simple structure, intuitive and visible filtering effect. The accumulation of impurities on the filter screen can be directly observed through the transparent filter bottle shell, which is convenient for timely cleaning and relatively inexpensive.

Stacked pre filter:

Working principle: A filtering unit is composed of a set of plastic laminates with grooves stacked together. When water flows through the laminations, impurities are intercepted in the grooves of the laminations. These laminations are tightly arranged, achieving filtering function through the pressure of water flow and the small gaps between the laminations.

Stacking material and cleaning method: Stacking is generally made of high-strength plastic, such as polypropylene (PP) material. When cleaning, the stack can be disassembled and manually cleaned. Some products also have automatic cleaning function, which can remove impurities from the stack through rotation or backwashing.
